Brooklyn Graffiti
Recently I took my new camera to a couple spots around Brooklyn. Some graffiti artists caught my eye. Just to be clear, I’m not the artist but I was just very moved by some of the work these people did so I took pictures. Here they are
A day in court and a walk from the Bronx to Harlem.
Fucking asshole judge! Well, went to court today... could be a lot worse though. In fact nothing major to worry about, the judge was a grumpy old man though. 50 dollar fine or 5 days in jail for riding a bike on the sidewalk?! I'll take the fine... not in any hurry to be back in jail thank you! Damn this city is extorting us!
After court, I walked to Harlem... was a nice walk. Actually felt so good to just walk and not think about anything. Really enjoyed that because I felt free. got some stunning pictures of the Harlem river. I didn't realize the view from were I live was Harlem. Big projects poking out the horizon,
turned out to be across the river. Was beautiful with this grey stormy weather and fierce wind. Makes me appreciate nature. Here are some of the pictures from the walk:
These last two pics are the only ones I took in Harlem… I get a real bad vibe in Harlem, like everyone wants to kill you. Doesnt help that they didnt seem to like us taking pictures.

Black Helicopters!!!
Was woken up in the middle of the night by a helicopter hovering over my house. It was there for what seemed like hours. It was weird as hell, almost felt like I was dreaming. Most probably they were looking for someone trying to hide in someone's back yard. It came mad close. I had heard gunshots earlier, dunno if it was related. It reminded me of this Non Phixion song called “Black Helicopters”.

Hey wut’ up will here. Well… for those who have followed the blog, thanks for your support. I have had very little time to write anything. I’ve been so busy with my job, last week was crazy. Almost everything in my house broke, shower, dvd player, audio interface which means I can’t record. I had to take Najima to the hospital because she was opening a can and cut herself on the lid. I got hit by a car the next day well… Basically the week was insane. But yesterday I saw a rainbow, someone told me a rainbow was a promise from God.
I remember one of the darkest times in my life. I was in London, no money left living on the streets, hungry, cold and tired. I was on the 102 bus all of the sudden I noticed the rain pouring down, only something was different, the rain was lit up by the sunlight and looked like drops of liquid gold. When I got off the bus, I saw a massive rainbow arched over the run down council high rises. The sun was shining on the landscape, the buildings bathed in gold light, tree’s glowing a luscious emerald green with dark Grey clouds behind them. It was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen, even the Grey clouds were alive with color. I’m hoping that this beauty yields new blessings and that life is good. It’s been a ruff road. I’ve been shot at, jumped, attacked with knives, thrown on the street, hungry, down on my luck, electrocuted, in a bus crash, hit by a car, betrayed and fucked with in so many ways. I just want life to be good. I work so hard and I hope and pray to know a good life one day. I’m going to try and keep up on my blogs. For now here’s some images of my scenery:
